1. What is ashes into jewellery?

Ashes into jewellery is a unique and meaningful way to memorialise a loved one or cherished pet by incorporating some of their precious ashes into a piece of jewellery.

2. How will I send you the ashes?

Once you have selected your favourite jewellery piece from our unique collection and placed your order, we will send you everything you need for the ashes to be safely and carefully transported to us.
The kit will include a pre-paid Royal Mail envelope.

3. Can I receive the kit to a different address than the address where my jewellery is sent to?

Absolutely! Please ensure that the correct address is entered in each relevant section on the form you will receive with the ash collection kit.
If you have accidently wrote an incorrect address and we have not yet sent your jewellery piece, please message or call us and we will be more than happy to correct this for you.
We understand how important your order is and for peace of mind we will send you regular updates regarding your order throughout the process.

4. Can I send ashes from more than one loved one for the same jewellery piece?

Of course! Having two loved ones’ ashes together in a beautiful jewellery piece is a lovely idea. 
All of our ashes collection kits come with two separate ash containers. If you require more than two containers please write us a message on the Contact Us page and we will ensure you have everything you need.
*if you do not wish to write your loved one’s name on the order form, please do not feel like you absolutely have to. The order number will be sufficient.

5. Can I send pet ashes for these to be used?

Absolutely! We would all like to feel close to cherished pets forever.
All our Eternal Embrace jewellery pieces can be crafted with pet ashes.
We have also ensured to provide some jewellery pieces themed for pets, please have a look through our collection to find these.

6. How long does it take for my Eternal Embrace jewellery to reach me?

We aim to start creating your silver jewellery pieces the same day we receive the ashes.

Your Silver Eternal Embrace jewellery will reach you within 2 weeks from receiving your completed order kit.
We will however always aim to complete your order in under 2 weeks.

Your Gold Eternal Embrace jewellery will reach you within 8-10 weeks from receiving your completed order kit.
We will however always aim to complete your order in under 8 weeks.

Once your order is placed, we will provide you with regular updates throughout the process.

7. How durable is my Eternal Embrace jewellery? Can I wear this for long periods of time?

Our ashes jewellery piece is crafted to be very durable.
We use a highly resistant resin which will not crack, smash, detach or discolour with time.
Outside of the Eternal Embrace ashes piece, our jewellery is made from 9K Gold/Silver 925 (and CZ Stones depending on the piece) and should be looked after the same as all silver jewellery.

8. Can I have more than one colour in my Eternal Embrace jewellery piece?

Of course! We have ensured to provide you with some option of jewellery where we can include more than one colour such as the ones with multiple chambers.
Please specify the colours you would like on the order form you will receive with the ashes collection kit.

9. Do you take special requests?

We understand how important having the perfect Eternal Embrace jewellery piece is for you and we will always try to accommodate for any special requests you may have. Please message us with your special requests and we will look into all the possible ways to make it happen.
