We are not liable for any disputes arising from the use of the ashes if all pertinent family members have not been informed and agreed upon their usage.

3. Payment

All payments for orders must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment via all methods shown at checkout Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping

We aim to ship silver orders within 7 days from when we receive back your completed kit, providing that this has been completed correctly. Shipping costs are included in the total price shown at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by unforeseen circumstances or third-party carriers. We will not accept responsibility of your loved ones’ ashes until we have received them from the courier or postal service and only whilst we are it possession of these.

We aim to ship gold orders within 8-10 weeks from when we receive your completed kit, providing that this has been completed correctly. Shipping costs are included in the total price shown at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by unforeseen circumstances or third-party carriers. We will not accept responsibility of your loved ones’ ashes until we have received them from the courier or postal service and only whilst we are it possession of these.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of our jewellery and the personalisation involved, we do not offer refunds unless the jewellery received does not match the order specifications or if it is faulty. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible with a detailed description of the error or fault including photographs highlighting these via our ‘contact us’ page found on the website.
